One day, procrastination is going to really mess me up. Will it be today? Perhaps tomorrow?
Ah, the topic of procrastination always seems to come up around exam time for me. As a result, it’s quite appropriate that I be writing this one day before my midterms start. I’m not quite sure yet, but I may have pushed the procrastination a little too far this time. I have three midterms over the next three days and I didn’t truly start studying for them until Saturday. In addition, I had to write a 2-3 page technical paper on MPLS for a previous job interview and two more interviews on Monday and Tuesday. Of all the things I had to do this past week, that MPLS paper is the only one that’s completed.
I have my advanced calculus midterm on Monday, followed by Electrical Properties and Materials on Tuesday and finish off with Digital Circuits on Wednesday. That MPLS paper is due by Monday and I have two Sybase interviews on Monday and Tuesday and an interview with AMD on Friday. To top it all off, I’ve been very distracted with the new template design; it’s progressing quite rapidly now, but I’m moving further and further away from my original design. I’d really like to thank my friend, Mike for a fresh infusion of ideas. The original design was a little drab; the new one’s definitely turning out nicer.
As well, we’ve just about sealed the deal on a house on Lester for the next semester we’re back in Waterloo. Housing’s always something that weighs on you, and it’s nice to get it out of the way, albeit midterms is probably not the best time to be working on that sort of thing.
Okay, back to the wonderful world of sinusoidal forces and atomic quantum numbers…
